Are there any excluded items in lost luggage reimbursement? And what are they?

Yes. Different airlines may have slightly different lists, but in general, they will usually refuse liability for some items.

They do not assume liability for any damage to luggage resulting from normal wear and tear. The fragile or perishable items that are damaged during transport are not included. The damage resulting from over-packed luggage, damage to oversize bags and damage to retractable luggage handles are also excluded.

The airline will probably, as they tell you, reimburse you for the lost items which are usually valuable. But please be aware that the possibility of reimbursing excluded items is extremely low.
