What to Take on a Cruise

God! Finally decided to have a cruise travel? It must be tough when you are wandering in the house thinking over what to pack.
Yes, there are thousands of things you may want to take on a cruise ship. And it is also hard for us to tell every little tiny stuff you may need in your cruise. But there definitely are certain things you must take regardless of what sort of cruise trip you will enjoy, where you are going to be/pass by and how long you will stay on the ship.

Documents and Cards
First of all, don't forget your cruise documents including your cruise tickets and passport (many cruises stops at foreign ports). Make sure your vacation never gets ruined by this kind of silly carelessness. Also remember to take your health and medical insurance cards, picture ID, and sorts of bank cards (credit card, cash card and traveler's cheques) and cash. Pre-paid phone card and contact numbers are also very important.

Clothes
Dress, maybe not a problem in other means of holiday transportation, whereas, it really is on most cruises, even though you are not required to dress for dinner, some, especially those high-class cruise ship, might! So you'd better, at least, bring a piece of evening dress .

Pashmina shawls and gloves, scarfs and warm jackets are wonderful to have. Because they can make you warm when you outside the cabin or on the windy deck. Bear in mind that check what the weather will be before departing so you'll know what clothes to bring.

Makeup Set
Pack several mini makeup sets including mini makeup stuff, skin care lotions and sun-proof lotion to take care of your skin.

Outdoor Kit

Sunglasses, sun hat, small umbrella and sandals are used frequently when you are exposed outside.

Other important things
Dramamine, or some other seasickness pills are necessary for those who have seasickness. Take a waterproof container to keep your paper documents, money, metal items and clothes etc. Some scenic spots like waterfall areas are very humid.

You don't want to miss any impressive scene or moment and take it home to share with families and friends, do you? Then take cameras with video function and, if you could, extra memory sticks/cards for ample storage space.
