Useful Products to Store and Separate Your Documents From Other Stuff

Packing documents can be a challenge in your preparing for trip, especially when you want to separate and sort them.

Here we suggest some useful document dividers/indicators, folders, and portrait envelopes.

Dividers
There are hundreds of document dividers used to store and separate files. Here, for lack of space, we are just going to introduce two of them.

A kind of project divider, made from light-weight hard wearing polypropylene, has a transparent front and back pockets for your personal storage. There are also internal opaque colored pockets for your project storage or sorted meeting notes. It can hold up to about 60 sheets of A4 paper in a style of presentation file that is ideal for storing and transporting documents on the move.

Another kind of document divider has an indicator that is used to tell the type of the documents filled in. This invention is equipped with inner punched cut-outs defining several flaps which are coplanar with the sheet and joined to the sheet by means of at least one of the ends thereof, so the flap can be folded selectively.

Folders
Folders are unique wallets to storage files. They can be categorized simply into A3 folders and A4 folders. Holding around 150 sheets of A3/A4 paper, these folders usually have unique storage pockets on the back for you to separate documents. Because they are normally designed in assorted colors so that you can also separate your documents by colors.

Made from a lightweight durable polypropylene, folders are a good choice for travelers.

Portrait Envelope
Different with folders, portrait envelope has a tie cord used to quickly fasten the cap and the envelope body. With gusseted sides of 30mm, it has a larger storage capacity which can hold up to 300 sheets of A4 paper. Differentiating colors are available to separate files. Lightweight durable polypropylene envelop is also designed for portable document storage.
