Damaged Luggage Reporting

Liability Limitation - Compensation
For many international journeys, the Warsaw Convention may apply with liability limits of approximately $ 9.07 per pound ($20.00 per kilo) for checked luggage and $ 400 per passenger for unchecked luggage. In some cases, where the Montreal Convention applies to your journey, the applicable liability limit is approximately $ 1,375 for checked and unchecked luggage. Excess valuation may be declared on certain types of articles. Air passengers should also keep in mind that some Greece airlines companies assume no liability for fragile, valuable or perishable items.

Liability Limitation - Damages not Covered
Generally speaking, airline companies are not liable for any damage directly and solely arising out of its compliance with any laws, government regulations, orders or requirements.
