The next thing to consider is what kinds of items to pack in your JanSport. Here are some guidelines:

1) Basic Items:

Some packages of pilot bread and water in a large plastic bottle. You can also take your favorite snacks and enjoy them during the journey. Most JanSport backpacks have side pockets for water bottle.
