- Toothbrush and Toothpaste

These two items should be changed regularly. Toothbrush should be replaced for a new one every three months. Do not use one kind of toothpaste for a long time, for example, if long-time using colored toothpaste, the glossiness of your teeth may be affected.

- Facial Cleaner and Lotion

Never think the expensive toiletries or cosmetics must be better than common-priced ones. Just choose the one which goes best with your skin. Many people are attracted by two-in-one or three-in-one shampoos, as they think they get more for their money, however, these shampoos are not comparable to specific ones. Never close the working hair dryer to your head within 6 inches.

- Makeup
