What is the airport check-in process?

Many people are traveling by plane for the first time, or maybe haven't traveled by plane in a while.
You probably have a lot of questions, when it comes to air travel. Read on and get yourself packed with the airport check-in process.

1) Check in at an airport check-in counter. You can find the check-in counter according to the direction board. The flight number is shown on the screen over the check-in counter. Then get the boarding pass according to the flight number. Make sure to take your ID card.

Plus: If you can't find the check-in counter, go to the Information Center for inquiry.

2) After getting your boarding pass, you can check your luggage. Put your checked luggage on the baggage carousel beside the counter for the safety inspection. A luggage ticket will be labeled on your boarding pass. The ticket will give the info about the final destination, name and contact number.

Note: Make sure that the info on the boarding pass is as the same as that on your checked luggage.

3) Go to the secure checkpoint area. The first step of safety inspection is to check your boarding pass and ID card. The carry-on luggage needs to be X-rayed. Meanwhile people need to go through the gate.

4) Find out the corresponding departure gate and board the plane.
