Usually self-service kiosks are used whether you purchased tickets via internet or a travel agent. So what exactly can check in kiosks help you do?

- Check in to your flight

Of course, the main function of a self-service kiosk if to simplify and quicken your process of check in. With this computerized kiosk, passengers can buy tickets or confirm their identifications with ePass (e-tickets). Normally you will be asked to insert a credit card and give necessary information like flight confirmation code to do this.

- Check in luggage

Just enter the number of bags you want to check and print your baggage tags with the machine.

- Choose a new seat location

If you would like to select a new seat location, just change the seat via its seat map.

- Request an upgrade
