How to clean leather Victorinox briefcase?

The sheen and handsome look of your leather Victorinox briefcase would last for a lifetime if you take good care of your briefcase.
Properly cleaned, your Victorinox briefcase might look great immediately. Follow these steps when cleaning your leather Victorinox briefcase.

Step 1: Remove all the items inside

Take out all the stuff in your leather briefcase before washing. Check each compartment and pocket carefully to ensure that it's empty.

Step 2: Clean out the dust and dirt on the surface

Place your briefcase flatly and wipe all the dust and dirt out of your briefcase with a dry cloth. Use a damp cloth or sponge to scrub it once more. Look out for zipper areas where dust tend to accumulate.

Step 3: Remove stains and spots

Check your Victorinox briefcase carefully to see if there are any stains or spots on the surface. Apply small quantity of liquid soap with clean cloth to remove obstinate stains. Scrub these areas with a clean cloth until soap bubbles are disappeared.

Step 4: Wash the inside of your briefcase

Mix a few drops of detergent with warm water and dig a sponge in the solution. Turn your briefcase inside out. Wring the sponge out and wipe the inside of briefcase gently. Wash the sponge in the solution and wipe the briefcase again to make sure dirty marks are removed thoroughly.

Step 5: Dry it

Hang the briefcase on a hanger and put them in a cool area away from sunlight and heat. Allow your briefcase to air dry at room temperature. Avoid using dryer since it might leave wrinkles or cracks on the leather surface.
