Is it possible to store liquids in carry-on baggage on Delta Air Lines?

Delta Air Lines puts the safety of passengers in the first place.
At the same time, the airline has strict rules on baggage, both carry-ons and checked baggage. What if you have to bring some liquids like shampoo or beverages on your flight? Liquids regulations on carry-on baggage

TSA's 3-3-1 liquid policy for carry-ons applies to Delta Air Lines as well. The rule allows you to pack a certain amount of liquids in your carry-on bag, but you need to follow the guidelines:

- The maximum volume for all your liquids, aerosols, and pastes is 3.4 ounce/100 ml

- You must put all you items in a quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag

- When passing through the security checkpoint, you need to remove your quart-sized bag from your carry-on baggage and place it in the screening bin.

Attention: For passengers with medical situations or passengers with babies, it's permitted to bring a reasonable amount of medications, baby food and formula and breast milk that are more than three ounces and are not needed to be placed in the zip-top bag. At the security check-in, passenger can declare these items for inspection.

Liquids that can be packed in carry-ons

Items you can pack in your carry-on bag include hair spray, suntan lotion, shampoo, toothpaste, creams and beverages. All these items need to be inspected and screened at the security check-in. If you're flying domestic flights on Delta Air Lines, you can put these items in your checked baggage after passing through Customs and Immigration.

Regulations on alcohol or liquor products

After passing through the security checkpoint, you can buy a reasonable amount of alcohol or liquor. You can take the products onboard as carry-on baggage within these regulations:

- The maximum alcohol content is 140 proofs

- Each passenger is allowed to take the amount of alcohol between 48 and 140n proof

If you want to take the alcohol onboard with you, you must put the alcohol in its original retail packaging
