Air travel can be stressful for passengers if not prepared well.
If you want to enjoy an air travel in style and comfort, you need to make full preparations and consider many factors before heading to the airport. For passengers who are not familiar to air travel tips, several advices are given as reference.

Plan your trip in advance

Once you've made your mind to have an air travel, you need to plan your trip in advance. This involves the choosing of airlines and corresponding flights. Try to avoid night flights if possible, which might be very tiresome. After deciding on your flight, book as early as possible to secure available better seats to meet your needs.

Check the baggage policy

Packing luggage can be a big headache for passengers. Pack light to avoid any inconvenience during your travels. Check the baggage policy of your airline before packing, including the carry-on luggage and checked luggage. Be clear about the maximum dimensions, weight allowance, and prohibited items for your luggage. Be careful when packing liquids on your carry-on bag. Contact your airline for any doubts.

If you have some checked baggage, put identification tags on them to avoid lost luggage. Do not put valuables in your checked luggage, like laptops or cameras. Keep your belongings with you all the time when waiting in the lounges.

Leave for the airport early

You should arrive at the airport early to leave enough time for check in. Before leaving for the airport, check your tickets and identifications, like passports, to assure your smooth travel.

After arriving at the airport, you need to go through the airport security check in. Your bags will be scanned and some items, like liquids or laptops, may be required to be removed from your bag for screening. When it's boarding time, you can bring your carry-on bag onto planes and find your seat.

Relax yourself on flights

After boarding, fasten your seat belt and enjoy your flight. You can read some books or enjoy some music to relax yourself.
