Warranty

Three types of warranty on American Tourister products are available: lifetime global warranty, limited 10 year global warranty and limited 3 year global warranty. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects not including any damage resulted from misuse (like transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, acids, normal wear and tear etc.

Plus: You'd better not send your product directly to American Tourister, as this will only delay the repair. You can have your product repaired at any Service Center in the world.

Luggage Repairs

To repair your American Tourister produce, turn to an Authorized Repair Center. View the warranty that is applicable to your product:

- Product under the warranty

1. If your product is repairable, it will be repaired at American Tourister's expense and returned to you.

2. If it is not repairable, the same product will be sent to you. If the same product is not in stock, a comparable item will be sent. Or you can visit the nearest American Tourister Company store to pick out a comparable product.

- Expiration of the warranty

1. If your product is repairable, it will be repaired at your own expense. Sometime, you may have the product returned to you un-repaired.

2. If it is not repairable, you can ask the Authorized Repair Center to return the product to you un-repaired, or let the Authorized Repair Center dispose of the product.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the American Tourister products you purchase, you may return unused products within 30 days for a refund.

Note: You need to return your order to the point of purchase.
