Best Fare Guarantee from Delta Air Lines

Delta's Best Fare Guarantee would apply to any purchasing or reservation made on the official website of Delta Air Lines, its mobile website or through its Ticket Counter application. If, within 24 hours of making a reservation or purchasing directly from delta.com, you find a lower price for the same Delta flight on any other website, you can call Delta to cancel or refund your itinerary.

Once your claim has been confirmed, Delta Air Lines would refund the difference in fare. Plus, the airline is going to provide you with a $100 travel voucher for your future trip with Delta. If you prefer to cancel your flights, the ticket price which has been charged from your card would be refunded in full.

Terms and conditions

Remember that, Best Fare Guarantee from Delta Air Lines comes with certain terms and conditions.
Before you request a price guarantee, make sure your purchasing or booking could satisfy all the requirements.

To qualify, the better price you find on other website must be for the exact same Delta itinerary. That is to say, the ticket should be for the flight with the same cabin, flight numbers, departure time, number of passengers, origin location, destination and days & date for your trip as the original itinerary you have purchased on that same day from delta.com.

In addition, the lower fare you find should be at least 10 dollars cheaper than the price for your ticket purchased from delta.com. And you need to request a price guarantee within 24 hours of your purchasing or booking. Otherwise, your claim will be invalid. Your request would not be accepted as well, if you just find a lower price for the exact same Delta flight on delta.com.

Note that, Delta's Best Fare Guarantee would be only valid on travel from Canada and the United States, including Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. It doesn't matter where your ticket is purchased. If you opt to pay for your ticket with paper currency, make a reservation through phone so that the fare would be guaranteed for 24 hours. Ticket purchased with cash can not enjoy the Best Fare Guarantee policy.

How to request a price guarantee

To request a price guarantee, you will need to submit a Price Guarantee Form within 24 hours of your purchasing or booking. And the airline would get back to you within 3 business hours. Once your claim is valid, Delta will refund the difference in fare and you will receive a confirmation receipt for the refund.

If you need to cancel your flight, simply visit the official website of Delta Air Lines and check your itinerary within 24 hours of purchasing your ticket or booking your flight on delta.com. Find out your itinerary and cancel your flight with Delta. Then the fare for your ticket would be refund in full and a confirmation receipt for the refund would be sent to you as well.
