According to its return policy, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product within 30 days of the purchase.
Your total paid will be refunded. But shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product arrives damaged or the incorrect product was shipped to you.

Generally speaking, a ten-year quality guarantee goes with American Tourister luggage bags. If you encounter such problems, please refer back to the original warranty certificate. American Tourister warranties cover defects in either workmanship or materials. Things, like normal wear and tear, and misuse (but not limited to) are not covered under warranty.
