What is covered and not covered by the Atlantic warranty?

Atlantic warrants that their products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for three years from the original purchase date. But you are responsible for the shipping cost.
The uncovered warranties include misuse or abuse, mishandling, accidental damage, inappropriate selection of the product, or damage caused by an airline or other common carrier. And normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damages (such as abrasions, minor cuts, scratches, dents, fading, or soil), or incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of, or damage to, the contents of the product, loss of use, loss of time, are not covered either.

If you need under-warranty repairs, Atlantic will be responsible for the fee. And repair times vary depending on the severity of the problem. Typically, bags are repaired and shipped back within two to four weeks.
